STANLEY SOFT MATTE TUMBLERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! THIS MATERIAL PEELS AND INFINITY FLAME WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE. SOFT MATTE TUMBLERS WILL BE RETURNED WITH NO ENGRAVE.
Please make sure it is packaged appropriately for shipping (bubble wrapped in a box). Infinity Flame will not be responsible for any cups received damaged due to inadequate packaging or damage done by the shipping carrier. Bubble mailers are not appropriate for shipping. Include inside the box a note with your name and order number. Please do NOT send the lid and straw in your shipment. The price of engraving includes the cost of return shipping to you. Address to ship your item to will be on your confirmation email.

I sent in my chroma to get engraved and it turned out so beautiful! The turn-around felt a lot faster than I had read, but even if it didn’t, it was so worth the wait!
