- Please know that small imperfections in the cup itself are possible. There can be imperfections underneath the stainless steel that are unknown, part of the manufacturing process, and are not imperfections of the engraving process, such as variations in color, small scratches in the actual stainless steel, lids not aligning perfectly to center of logo, etc. Please be aware of this when ordering as this is not considered an engraving defect or flaw of the engraving process.
Tumbler care: Hand wash is best to ensure the engraving lasts the longest. Do NOT use anything abrasive on the engraving as it can cause damage to the design. Cups are NOT microwave safe.

I love my Deep Purple in Bridgerton! To be honest, I had the imagination of what it would look like in person till it arrived in AUS, and I didn't care how far it was! I love so much! I plan to get 40oz of Bridgerton! Thank you for your fantastic work! x
As a first time buyer, I wanted to submit this review to help other buyers who may be ruminating on a choice and design. Do your research and be diligent on which color and gloss finish you are picking for your design. Also, please get any and all questions answered or even ask to see samples of the style and color/cup that you’re looking to purchase.
I bought the Bridgerton design in the Mauve Shimmer and everything seemed to go super smoothly; I was frankly excited to receive my cup after seeing the content posted here and on social media. That said, I was disappointed to see that the engraving was not clean or crisp compared to what’s been posted for other designs. I asked a third party who is in the same line of work to look over the images I am sharing in this review (unfiltered in any way) and they agreed that the product I received is not aligned with what is shared publicly online/via social media.
I reached out to the owner and was met with a very generic reply about how this cup was engraved with the same process as others and that the color and gloss could impact the quality of the engraving. The owner also opted to point out that I am reviewing the cup quality months after it was delivered-which I do acknowledge and shared in my reply that my delay was due to extenuating medical circumstances. I had offered to send this item back (at my expense) so it can be sold as a Misfit or Imperfect item but that seemed to be overlooked and no resolution was made or even offered by the owner after I reached out.
In close, please be careful before spending $100+ here. I hope that this is a lemon situation but here’s a gentle reminder to please be mindful of your color choice because it can impact the final product. Do your research and really connect with the person making your product because I promise you, it makes all of the difference and I truly wish this had a better outcome.
I am so sorry you are not satisfied with your color choice. Unfortunately various colors are going to reflect the designs differently. The darker midtone of the mauve shimmer appears to make the engrave and details less prominent and more inverted than the lighter designed options posted. We did discuss the most popular color options prior to your purchase which were posted to social media to help all make a choice. An additional photo of a blue option was also provided to help your decision. The gloss finish will provide a different finished look, but that does not change the quality of the engraving. It is never my intent to mislead my customers and I respectfully do not interfere with their color choices.
I also did opt to mention the delay in expressing your concerns due to your initial request that your tumbler be delivered by a particular date in July because you were leaving for a trip. As a business owner I unfortunately am not comfortable returning or exchanging an item months after delivery. I am sorry for your frustrations and less than ideal experience you feel you’ve had. I do hope you find a relationship better fit for your engraving needs.

I got the Bridgerton cup as my sister-in-laws Christmas gift and it looked beautiful!
After I ordered my first Harry Potter with Roses Stanley, it didn’t take long for me to order another Stanley, Bridgerton this time, and that led to another beautiful Stanley with Roses. I absolutely love these so much. They’re absolutely beautiful!!! The website is easy to use and offers so many options as far as print and color!!! I will eventually need to show some restraint!!!
